All of your data is stored securely on a server in Germany. Only selected employees at SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ have access to the data that is relevant to them. We only disclose your data with your consent, for example, when we make an appointment for you. This can be done conveniently via the Concierge service in your app.
SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ also works without the smartphone app. You may also, of course, communicate with us or submit your bills by mail. Our team would be happy to advise you.
SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ policyholders have been able to use telehealth appointments since November 2017. Digital doctor's appointments can take place 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., including on Sundays and public holidays. Simply use the Concierge service in your app. We will send you the declaration of consent and invite you to take part in the telehealth appointment. As soon as we have your consent, we will send you access codes to activate the eedoctors app.
Of course you can! The SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ app is your key to our digital services. Let us book your appointments for follow-up examinations or inpatient follow-up treatment, keep track of things in your timeline, and submit bills using your smartphone.
